KBO league is a Korean Baseball Competition and is ranked the highest tournament of the game in South Korea. The league was formed with six parts in the year 1982 which has increased to 10 divisions currently. Out of these then branches, nine of them are named after the organization that govern them. The KBO league is the sports in South Korea that is well-known by everyone. Teams that participate in the league are often identified by what their sponsors are called or by a local name but never by their origin city where they are based. KBO league is popular too for its teeming fan base who are always eager to express their views and the common practice of bat flips.
LG Twins is a baseball group that was formed and operates in Seoul, South Korea and are participants in the KBO league. The Twins compete their home matches at Jamsil Baseball Stadium which is shared with their opponents, the Dousan Bears. This stadium is popularly called Two families in one house. The LG Twins are the most well-known team in baseball in Korea. They are ranked are first in fan base size which they had gathered in the 1980s to 2000s and most of these fans.
Kiwoom Heroes is a baseball team that is based in Seoul, South Korea and they are professionals who participate in the KBO league. Same as other groups in the game, they are popularly called by the name of their owner or by their local name and never their origin city where they came from. The Heroes compete their home matches at Gocheok Sky Dome in Gocheok-dong, a place in the southwest of Seoul. In the year 2014, the Future league group transformed its name to Hwaseong Heroes and this made it distinct from the first name. By 2019, Hwaseong Heroes had transformed to Goyang Heroes. The first and second brand of the club are Kiwoom Heroes and Hwaseong Heroes.
These two are owned and governed by the organization called the Seoul Heroes. The group was initially known as Sammi Extraordinary Stars and has changed to the Chungbo Pintos. The team had its brand changed after it was bought by Hyundia in 1996 and was moved to Suwon from Icheon. They won the KBO tournament in 1998, 2000, 2003 and 2004. In January 2008, the team split up and the Centennial corporation formed a new one called the Woori Heroes. Not like other clubs, they are governed by a collective individuals who have their head as Lee Chang Suk.
